The Mendocino Coast Healthcare Foundation launched the All In for Nurses Initiative to support the recruitment and retention of qualified nurses for the healthcare providers in our community.

MCHFoundation is campaigning to inspire and support the next generation of coastal nurses through our FUTURE scholarships, which aim to provide significant, career-making funding for local students committed to providing nursing care on the Mendocino Coast.

There are many paths to a nursing career, so we meet each student where they are in their educational journey, tailoring their support to their individual needs based on our GROW-A-NURSE approach.
